Chelsie always tries to do her best and uses different strategies to be successful in her independent school work. She is always willing to help her peers and she does this with kindness and caring. JALLYSSA LAFFERTY was nominated for EXHIBITING RESPECT and GETTING INVOLVED. Jallyssa's positive attitude and her willingness to get involved by participating regularly in class make her a wonderful member of English 8. In addition, she happily offers to help others. Great girl! - Mrs. Perkins.

Kayla has been working very hard to improve her math skills and she has shown a lot of growth since the beginning of the year. Dan gives 110% each day in STEM Class, going above and beyond what the activities require to produce superior projects and challenge himself in the process. Dan is always respectful in class and was even reported to have stopped in the hallway for the pledge while others continued to walk and talk. - Mrs. Shafer.
